You Capture- Sky

I tried my hand at making a collage using ipiccy.com, and I officially love this site! I took a tone of pictures of my baby, Markie, with the sky as the backdrop. The 2 photos below are my favorite, my only regret is not knowing how to use photoshop very well- I would love to remove the power line to make these pictures even better!

This is Pat, a 10 year old donkey, and his friend (who’s name escapes me!) giving eachother back scratches at the Smithsonian Zoo. Taken by me when my coworker and I went for CVC in DC!

My fiances (soon to be my) dog, Oscar.
I’ve been playing with my camera a lot lately, especially since I’ve been working on all aspects of social media at work- some days I feel like my camera is attached at my hip! I captured this picture after I found out about the You Capture challenge, and I wasn’t even trying to at the time. Oscar just had an adorable look on his face while I was eating something that he wanted desperately. I started clicking away with my lovely new camera and this is one of the shots I got! I feel this perfectly captures movement, and I’m so proud of myself for getting such a wonderful shot!

SSHHH!! It’s Wordless Wednesday!

Comments (3) OK, so not completely wordless- I found out about Wordless Wednesday through Rumpydog, which is one of the blogs I follow. Since I have been desperately trying to play with my new camera, I figured I’d give Wordless Wednesday a whirl by posting some animal, veterinary, or pet related photos every Wednesday. So here’s too my first Wordless Wednesday post! Next week, I promise you it will be wordless…or virtually wordless, at least 
Today’s picture is an oldie of my little girl Lizzy from when she was a baby- she was a terror even then!
